I found this video actually quiet helpful, little tips and hits especially on pointing your toes in jump which is a thing I always forget to do.
Another reason I like this video is because it something you can click on a follow the exercise like one of those workout Dvd you always see at this time of year. I really enjoy this video, a lot more then I thought I would and will be tuning in again to see what other tips and trick Jess want to share with us to develop our amazing sport.
